DN Construction Company Inc. (DNC) was established in 1973, after its founder, Daniel Navarro, gained years of construction and land development experience with other ventures. The company immediately focused its energy in the business of “structural shell construction” for commercial and residential projects. Thanks to that focus, DNC became one of the top premier structural shell contractors in South Florida. In the early 1980’s, the Company expanded its horizons as a General Contractor in residential and commercial projects providing complete “construction services” and delivering “turnkey” solutions.
Today, DNC is proud to be a South Florida based General Contractor providing services in the areas of high end custom homes, multi-family buildings and commercial/industrial construction. DNC has been building extraordinary structures for nearly four decades specializing in ground-up construction as well as renovations, additions, remodeling and maintenance. We manage all stages of your project, from the pre-design phase of a project through construction and delivery.
